Another 9 race card tonight with some very interesting races as well. Should be in for a good night and hopefully bag some of these along the way.

R1 - Shan Kwong Road Park Handicap - 1650M - C5

6 - Regency Happy Star - Zac Purton - Next Best

The Tony Cruz trained gelding just never gets a good draw, but he gets a chance here tonight with a good barrier and Hong Kong's best on the reigns his runs from a decent barrier have been impressive finishing 2/3/2 then was back to wider draws again for a 11/10 finish. Gets my next best for the night hope he gets the deserving win under Purton for the first time.

11 - Happy Hero - Matthew Chadwick

Was very good last time out running 2nd, Karis Teetan couldn't find a nice spot to settle early from the jumps and as a result had to settle further down the field. Matthew Chadwick brings in a very light weight for the up in class run this time and if settle above midfield, I can see this boy winning.

7 - Medic Elite - Zac Purton - Best Bet

Nothing but consistent this horse having finished in the top 3 five of the last nine races this term, he is super fit and gets Zac Purton onboard for the first time ever (3rd season in HK). Will be at his heaviest for the first time this season but shouldn't be a huge factor last time he won at similar odds we see on HKJC now. Best Bet for the night.

12 - Beau Gosse - Keith Yeung - Each Way

Yet to get a win on the board Beau Gosse this may be his next opportunity for it to happen the field he was up against last start were just a little bit more experienced then him be it that he also had a poor jump out recovered well but settled mid-field. Made a good run on the rails but just not good enough vs the field. Steps in today looking a lot better for it and has already been improving run on run so far this term. Can win here.

12 - Amazing Boy - Matthew Chadwick - Each Way

4 - Win Win Fighter - Lyle Hewitson

I like both these horses in this race but my main bet lands with Amazing Boy, who gets a good draw at 6 and a weight claim with Matthew Chadwick on, the old 7yo with 3 wins to his name has dropped in distance for this one from 1650M I'm assuming Michael Chang is trying a new tactic here tonight, this will be his first visit to the distance ever. Just have a feeling. Win Win Fighter the saver bet who wasn't far off being tonight's Best Bet.

10 - Tattenham - Karis Teetan

Tattenham a hard horse to catch also form is very up and down, he comes in here against a field I believe can be won by him. Karis Teetan onboard and compared to the field has a good weight for the race as well, all comes down to where he settles mid race and I'll be comfortable if he settles 4th-5th has a good jump out and can contest for a win today.

10 - U S S Constitution - Dylan Mo - Each Way

Wouldn't say the confidence in this pick is high, as the consistency of most the horses here is a bit skew if. Just a feeling that this horse is potentially going to have a good run today against a favorable field. Probably the most open race of the card tonight. Big chance.

R8 - Victoria Park Handicap - 1200M - C3

5 - Healthy Healthy - Alexis Badel

I think Pierre Ng and Alexis Badel learnt a little bit of tactics in the C3 wider draw and expecting a better showing this time around, if he pushes early like last start it would be a bad move, if he stays off challenging for the lead and rather sits back might have a better chance at claiming C3 victory again. Can win here.

1 - Raging Blizzard - Zac Purton

12 - Golden Samurai - Matthew Poon - Each Way

Finished off the card with the power of Raging Blizzard despite the wide draw he gets a nice price of $5,40 on HKJC and should open similar if a bit less on the AU market today. Happy to be with him as he has great charging speed and I think Zac knows how to run on him from the barrier draw having won already from a wide draw in C4. Good chance.
