Starship Eighty is an honest and consistent and may be at a price unavoidable gets a big weight drop going up to Class 4 for the first time this prep has a good chance from Barrier 5. Management Folks good at this distance has a slight gate jumping problem, maybe Karis can sort that out tonight if he gets a good jump from this barrier, may be too good and win here.

Revisits Class 2 for the second time this prep, came in 9th on a much larger field of 14 from a mid draw barrier. A smaller field here and the form of this boy cant be ignored gets my Next Best for the night and may just peek tonight.

Luke Ferraris not a stranger to this gelding and has had some impressive runs on him when he has had the chance so far, pretty happy to be on the Dennis Yip trained 4yo to break his maiden tonight. Has a chance here.

He comes off the straights for his first run at this distance, I think Alexis Badel even from the draw is a good fit for this race, has good late speed and gets 200M more to get a win on the board. May just surprise us all.

Cant discredit anything about his 3rd place finish last start ran a great race just couldn't keep with the eventual winner, gets a similar chance here for the Mark Newnham stable for a win.

11 - Flying Romantic - Zac Purton - Each Way

Purely a hail mary pick, rarely do you see Zac Purton on a horse that has huge odds like this one. May not win but even a place win will pay off good enough. Low confidence and just a swing at the stomps here.

Going to take a lot to challenge Voyage Bubble let alone Romantic Warrior as well, but I would rather take the risk on the high odds choice here even for the place. Nimble Nimbus was fantastic last time out and showed I think one of the better wins he has had career to date. Can challenge but a lot has to go his way.

Sweet Briar is knocking on the door for a win this prep, has been in great form in the C3 but comes up against some good horses that just get the better runs, has a chance here again from barrier 4 and a less strong field then prior attempts. Think this is the time like no other to get his win. Beato a strong danger but he is up in grade and I think wont be in the Top 3.

3 - Gorgeous Win - Zac Purton - Best Bet

This Danny Shum trained horse isn't showing any signs of slowing down, dominated in both C4 and C3 and has every chance here to continue with Zac Purton again. A bit heavier yes, but I really don't see that making a difference. Best Bet for the night.

The surprise package on debut, absolutely blind siding and dominating in that race the likes of Young Champion and I Give. Only thing stopping him from backing that win up is the wide draw, but I'm willing to take the chance and not miss out on him swooping the field again and taking another win second up.
